Ingredients

    • 1 pound ground beef

    • 1 package (8 oz) Velveeta cheese, cubed

    • 12 slider buns

    • 1/2 cup chopped onion

    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced (optional)

    • Mustard or ketchup for serving (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onion. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add Velveeta: Stir in the cubed Velveeta cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking until the cheese is melted and well combined.
  4. Assemble the Sliders: Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spoon the cheesy beef mixture generously over each bottom half, then top with the other half of the buns.
  5. Bake: Cover the sliders with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden and crisp.
  6. Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with pickles, mustard, or ketchup as desired.
