- 2 pounds flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Place the sliced flank steak in the slow cooker.
- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well mixed.
- Slow Cook: Pour the sauce over the beef in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
- Serve: Serve the beef over cooked rice, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
