- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices of cheddar cheese
- Pickles, lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing buns)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Beef: In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently and form into small patties, about the size of the buns.
- Cook the Patties: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your preferred doneness. Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Assemble the Sliders: Cut the slider buns in half. Place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun, and add your choice of toppings like pickles, lettuce, and tomato.
- Brush and Bake: Place the assembled sliders on a baking tray. Brush the top of the buns with melted butter, then bake in the oven for about 5 minutes until the buns are warm and slightly toasted.
- Serve: Remove from the oven, add any additional condiments if desired, and serve hot.
