Ingredients

  • 12 slices of ham
  • 12 slices of cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Layer the ham and cheese on the bottom half, then place the top halves of the rolls on top.
  3. Prepare the Butter Mixture: In a bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the Topping: Drizzle the butter mixture generously over the assembled sliders, making sure to coat the tops evenly.
  5. Bake: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving. Slice the sliders and serve warm.
