Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Potatoes: In a mixing bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast the Potatoes: Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  4. Sear the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the steak bites and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned on all sides and cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Combine and Serve: Once the potatoes are done roasting, remove them from the oven. Serve the garlic steak bites over the crispy potatoes, garnished with chopped parsley.
