- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 pound white fish fillets, cut into chunks

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: In the crockpot, combine the diced potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, and shrimp.
- Add the Fish: Layer the fish fillets and scallops on top of the seafood.
