Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: In the crockpot, combine the diced potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, and shrimp.
  2. Add the Fish: Layer the fish fillets and scallops on top of the seafood.
  3. Pour in the Broth: Add the chicken or seafood broth, heavy cream, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the seafood is cooked and the potatoes are tender.
