Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts flat at the bottom of your slow cooker, similar to arranging them in a baking dish.
Add Olive Oil
Brush each chicken breast with olive oil using a pastry brush, ensuring an even coating to help the seasonings adhere.
Pour Chicken Broth
Pour ½ cup of chicken broth around (not on top of) the chicken breasts to keep them moist while cooking.
Make the Seasoning Blend
In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to ensure even distribution of flavors.
Season the Chicken
Sprinkle the seasoning blend evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated.
Cook in the Slow Cooker
