2 large avocados, pitted and cubed

Instructions
Prepare the Veggies:
Chop the Roma tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the English cucumber and red onion.
Pit and Cube the Avocados:
Use a safe and easy method to remove the pit and cube the avocado flesh.
Combine Ingredients:
Add the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and avocado into a large mixing bowl.
Add the Dressing:
Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Toss & Garnish:
Gently toss to combine, ensuring the avocado doesn’t get mashed. Sprinkle fresh cilantro or dill on top for garnish.
